Résumé:
Maintenant dans sa dixième année, le Liban reste à l'avant-garde
de l'une des pires crises humanitaires de notre temps et
continue d'accueillir le plus grand nombre de déplacés par
habitant dans le monde et dans l'un des plus petits pays
dans le monde, montrant un énorme engagement à
les Syriens déplacés et les populations vulnérables
ses frontières.
Le LCRP, un plan conjoint entre le gouvernement de
Le Liban et ses partenaires internationaux et nationaux, objectifs
pour répondre à ces défis de manière holistique et globale
et de manière intégrée grâce à des

assistance aux populations vulnérables; service d'assistance

Le LCRP utilise une approche basée sur les besoins qui s'adapte aux
changements d'expériences et de contexte. L'appel annuel
est élaboré sur la base de cet examen annuel des besoins.
Le LCRP prend acte de la politique de retour des Syriens Déplacé. Abstract:
Now in its tenth year, Lebanon remains at the forefront
of one of the worst humanitarian crises of our time and
continues to host the highest number of displaced per
capita in the world and in one of the smallest countries
in the world, showing tremendous commitment to
displaced Syrians and vulnerable populations within
its borders.
The LCRP, a joint plan between the Government of
Lebanon and its international and national partners, aims
to respond to these challenges in a holistic, comprehensive
and integrated manner through longer-term, multi-year
planning to achieve the following strategic objectives:
ensure the protection of displaced Syrians, vulnerable
Lebanese and Palestinian refugees; provide immediate
assistance to vulnerable populations; support service
provision through national systems; and reinforce
Lebanon’s economic, social and environmental stability.
The LCRP uses a needs-based approach which adapts to
changes in experiences and context. The yearly appeal
is developed based on this annual review of needs.
The LCRP takes note of the Policy of Return of Syrian
