This report presents results from a rapid assessment of fecal Sludge Management (FSM) system in sub-Saharan Africa countries. FSM in the context of this report refers to the activities required for the safe containment, collection/emptying, transportation, treatment and disposal/ reuse of fecal sludge (FS).
