Résumé:Le programme Gcin’amanzi, "conservation de l’eau" en zoulou, est l’un des plus importants projets d'Afrique du Sud dans le domaine de l’eau.
C'est un projet nécessaire dans l'Afrique du Sud post-apartheid. Depuis la fin du régime ségrégationniste, le pays cherche sa voie, entre des exigences économiques fortes et des inégalités sociales immenses qui fragilisent la nouvelle société sud africaine.
Les services aux citoyens, eau , électricité, logement, transports, sont au coeur des enjeux. Le film documentaire qui relate l'histoire de ce projet se fonde sur les principaux critères évaluatifs utilisés par al communauté des bailleurs. IL est construit comme une sorte d'enquête évaluative qui relate les principaux évènements et résultats du projets et permet aux spectateurs de se forger leur propre opinion. Abstract:

This DVD is a ‘filmed evaluation’ – that is to say a documentary film covering the development and the outcome of a project financed by the AFD.
