Objectives: Its mission is to support the efforts of disadvantaged women, men and communities in developing and transitioning countries, in the Global South and the East, to improve their living conditions in a sustainable manner and to determine the course of their own lives. HELVETAS promotes equitable access to resources, services and income and thus contributes to overcoming the root causes of poverty and marginalisation, aligned with, and contributing to the Agenda 2030.
