Objectives: To establish a common understanding of definitions, concepts and current approaches in community management of WES Projects/Programmes.
To share experiences on current practices in community management and take stock of best practices
To positively influence the participants attitudes towards communities abilities to manage and sustain their own projects
To enhance participants knowledge and skills in management and technical aspects and use of participatory methodologies necessary for working with communities
Participants will develop individual/group strategies and work plans to implement appropriate community management approaches.
Coût: The course fee is US $1480 per participant. This will cover tuition, course file, books and field trip.
