This course introduces participants to the theory and practices of management approaches to supplying water and sanitation, focussing upon the need for cost reflective pricing to ensure financial sustainability, targeted subsidies to ensure services to the poor and the appropriate governance structures, particularly the role of regulation, to ensure viable public private community partnerships for universal service. | ||||||
