Résumé:
For the needs of this study, a team of governmental and non-governmental experts from Bulgaria applied the Scorecard on equitable access. The Scorecard is an analytical tool for self-assessment to determine the baseline level as well as initiate a broad discussion of further actions to overcome the constraints and apply measures to ensure equal access to drinking water and sanitation for everyone. The analysis of the results obtained through the implementation of the Scorecard on equitable access offers information on possible policies to overcome different challenges on the way to ensuring equal access and realization of the human right to safe drinking water and adequate sanitation for the Bulgarian population.
