Résumé:
Ce projet, financé par l'AFD et l'Union européenne, a contribué à améliorer l'accès à l'eau et à l'électricité des ménages cambodgiens en soutenant les petits opérateurs d'eau et d'électricité et en leur permettant d'améliorer leurs conditions d'accès à une offre de financement adaptée. Proparco, la filiale de l’AFD pour le secteur privé, financera une deuxième phase de ce projet. Abstract:
This project, financed by AFD and the European Union, has contributed to improving access to water and electricity for Cambodian households by supporting small water and electricity enterprises and enabling them to improve their access conditions to an adapted financing offer. Proparco, AFD subsidiary for private sector, will finance a second phase of this project.
