Ce manuel présente une méthodologie pour mener une analyse sociologique approfondie des communautés et de leurs dynamiques concernant l'utilisation de l'eau et la perception du service de l'eau. Les résultats recueillis avec la Citizens Perception Research (CPR) peuvent éclairer la stratégie de communication sociale d'un projet d'eau avec une forte composante de changement de comportement, comme celui mis en œuvre par MiyahCon.
 Abstract:
This manual presents a methodology for conducting an in-depth sociological analysis of communities and their dynamics regarding water use and the perception of the water service. The results gathered with the Citizens Perception Research (CPR) can inform the social communication strategy of a water project with a strong behavioral change component, like the one implemented by MiyahCon.
