Dans l’optique d’analyser les limites d’une dépolitisation des conflits liés à l’eau, par l’approche objective et scientifique, ce rapport s’intéresse aux processus socio-politiques dans les conflits liés à l’eau, au travers du projet du barrage Zapotillo et de transfert d’eau au Mexique. Abstract:
In order to analysing the limits of a depoliticisation of water conflicts through an objective and scientific approach, this report focuses on the socio-political processes in water conflicts, through the Zapotillo dam project and water transfer in Mexico.
