Résumé:
La Tanzanie met en œuvre la campagne nationale d'assainissement par le biais d'une approche d'assainissement total dirigée par la communauté (ATPC) depuis 2012. Le conseil du district de Njombe (DC) a été identifié comme l'un des plus performants dans la mise en œuvre de la campagne d'assainissement.
Cette étude qualitativese penche sur la façon dont la ATPC a été menée à Njombe DC, évalue les progrès de la mise en œuvre de la ATPC et défini les facteurs de succès de la mise en œuvre de la ATPC.
Abstract:
Tanzania has been implementing the National Sanitation Campaign through a Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) approach since 2012. Njombe District Council (DC) has been identified to be among the best performing councils in the implementation of the sanitation campaign. A qualitative study was conducted to document how the CLTS was carried out in Njombe DC, assess progress on CLTS implementation and define the success factors for CLTS implementation
