Ce guide est largement basé sur le programme "Make Me a Change Agent" : A Multisectoral SBC Resource for Community Workers and Field Staff,1 qui a été produit en 2015. Le programme TOPS (Technical and Operational Performance Support), le groupe de travail SBC (Social and Behavioral Change) du réseau de sécurité alimentaire et de nutrition (FSN) et le groupe de travail SBC du groupe CORE ont initialement produit ce guide. En 2019-2020, les prix SCALE (Strengthening Capacity in Agriculture, Livelihoods and Environment) et PROWASH (Practices, Research and Operations in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) de l'USAID, financés par le Bureau de l'alimentation pour la paix (FFP), ont collaboré à la révision du guide pour en faire une formation de formateurs destinée spécifiquement aux travailleurs communautaires et axée sur les interventions liées à l'eau, l'assainissement et l'hygiène (WASH), à l'agriculture et aux moyens de subsistance Abstract:
This guide is heavily based on Make Me a Change Agent: A Multisectoral SBC Resource for Community Workers and Field Staff,1 which was produced in 2015. The Technical and Operational Performance Support (TOPS) Program, the Food Security and Nutrition (FSN) Network’s Social and Behavioral Change (SBC) Task Force, and the CORE Group SBC Working Group originally produced the guide. In 2019–2020, the USAID Office of Food for Peace (FFP)-funded Strengthening Capacity in Agriculture, Livelihoods and Environment (SCALE) and Practices, Research and Operations in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (PROWASH) awards collaborated on revising the guide to be a training of trainers specifically for communitylevel workers focused on interventions related to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and agriculture, and livelihoods.
