Abstract:
The CD Manual summarizes the process of identifying and geo-referencing subscribers before handing the information over to the WEs to insert in their Customer Database. The process was developed based on experiences in pilot localities across Lebanon with the Water Establishments having been involved at each step of the process.
The Manual targets mainly the field level, with a detailed step-by-step guide for the WE staff checking the subscriber information on the field, and additional tips for organizations supporting the process.
