Abstract:
UNRWA Lebanon is hosting an event to showcase a series of innovative projects proposals on environmental health. Focused on the natural landscape and public areas in Rashidieh Palestine refugee camp and the surrounding Tyre area, UNRWA is organising the event with Umwelt-Projekt Management Gmbh (UPM), in partnership with Tyre Municipality. The solutions and technologies to be showcased are based on a two-year feasibility study, which is available to all participants.
The two-day event will include:
Presentation of challenges and innovative design concepts Discussion on potential for upscaling technologies and integrated environmental protection Explanation and investment case for nine different proposed solutions
