La publication étudie les mécanismes d'intervention et en tire des leçons pour aider les décideurs à faire face à ces phénomènes, en fournissant des conseils pratiques en termes de planification et de gestion urbaines. This guidance note examines drought crises in several cities from five countries: Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, South Africa and the US.
