The use of solar-powered water pumps (SWPs) is one approach through which partners are helping to do this. This report is a concept-stage exploration of optimal funding mechanisms to accelerate and incentivize the adoption of SWPs in the Kenyan ASALs, alongside accompanying management systems to ensure financial viability, inclusion and accountability
