Abstract:
The Technology Applicability Framework (TAF) is an open-source tool to assess how applicable any given water supply, sanitation or hygiene technology is in a particular context. For example, a rope pump may be a very sustainable pumping solution in Nicaragua, but are the conditions right for it to be a success in Mali?
