L’objectif de ce guide est d’aider les villageois, à travers une démarche d’analyse participative, à produire des analyses financières simples leur permettant de prendre des décisions éclairées. Parmi les multiples facteurs à prendre en considération pour faire ce choix, il y a les coûts de fonctionnement et de maintenance à long terme des différents systèmes et une évaluation par la communauté de sa capacité à supporter ces coûts en tenant compte des appuis techniques et financiers externes disponibles. Abstract:
The purpose of this toolkit is to help villagers, through a participatory analysis process, to produce a simple financial analysis allowing them to make informed decisions. Among the many factors to consider in making that choice, there are operating costs and long-term maintenance of the different systems and an evaluation by the community of its ability to bear these costs, taking into account the external financial and technical support available. Le guide est structuré en trois phases :
Phase A : Réflexion communautaire pour s’accorder sur les grands principes qui vont guider le travail.
Phase B : Identification et analyse des options en groupe restreint pour rechercher les informations pertinentes et faire des propositions étudiées à la communauté. Elle est divisée en 7 séances.
Phase C : Restitution en vue d’une prise de décision informée de la communauté. Contents:
