Résumé:
Quatre principaux axes de réflexion sont privilégiés dans le cadre d’ateliers thématiques : mer, risques et gouvernance ; croissance urbaine, besoins sociaux et offres de services en eau et assainissement ; formation à l’enquête de terrain, gestion sociale et économique de l’eau ; approche pratique de la modélisation à base d’agents. Abstract:
This work contains a verbatim account of the presentations and debates from the plenary sessions and workshops that took place from 13th to 21th July 2012 in Hà Nôi and in the Tam Dao Hill station on the topic of “Water and its Many Issues”.
Four main areas of reflection are prioritised in the framework of the thematic workshops: sea, risks and governance; urban growth, social needs and water and sanitation service offers; field survey training in the framework of social and economic water management and a practical approach to agent-based modelling.
