Abstract:
The Handbook aims to support Cluster actors to achieve effective coordination to improve the sectoral response to humanitarian crises. The Handbook provides guidance on the role of the Cluster Coordinator, Cluster Lead Agency and Cluster partners.
This Handbook discusses environmental issues and concerns as it explains different WASH programs and technical approaches. Environmental indicators are included and directly linked to human health.
