Abstract:
A water storage and pipe network is called a distribution network. This refers to the tanks and pipes used to get water from a source and/or treatment plant to a house, building or other place of use. Its components include storage tanks, reservoirs, pumps, meters, pipes and valves. This booklet contains guidance on distribution systems for small drinking-water suppliers.
