Ce film est à la fois un hommage et un prétexte : un hommage à la dame Fatou Faye qui permet à ses voisins de quartier d'avoir accès à l'eau depuis 1957, avec seulement sa bassine, et un prétexte pour amener quelques-uns à se prononcer sur la gestion de la problématique de l'eau potable au Sénégal de l'ère coloniale à nos jours. Abstract:
This film is both a tribute and an excuse: a tribute to Mrs Fatou Faye who allows her neighbours to have access to water since 1957, with only her basin, and an excuse to bring some people to give their opinion on drinkable water issues in Senegal from colonial era to nowadays.
