Lorsque le gouvernement marocain inaugura sur le Drâa, en 1972, le barrage El Mansour Eddhabi, en aval de Ouarzazate, tous les espoirs étaient permis. Mais c’était oublier les nomades, qui, au fond de la vallée, dans le Sahara, vivaient au rythme du fleuve. Abstract:
When the Moroccan Government inaugurated the El Mansour Eddhabi dam on the Draa River downstream from Ouarzazate in 1972, hopes were high. But that was forgetting the nomads who, at the bottom of the valley in the Sahara, lived according to the rhythms of the river.
