The project targets the cities of Mahajanga, Fianarantsoa and Toamasina. Implemented by iDE and consortium members WaterAid, Practica, GRET, Runway Consulting and Sango, Dio Sera adopts a unified, locally-led approach from access to toilets to fecal sludge management.
