Il analyse et soulève des critères communs aux stratégies les plus prometteuses, mais aussi des expériences qui ont échoué en partie voire totalement. Abstract:
The report is a learning document from the ENERGIA's Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) programme lead in seven countries : Indonesia, Kenya, Nepal, Nigeria, Senegal, Tanzania and Uganda.
