This film concentrates on the global need for water and shows a number of schemes that have successfully exploited low-cost water-supply systems in developing countries.

Film 2: Problems and Solutions
This film shows in some detail the construction and maintenance of actual water-supply facilities in developing countries, explaining their design features and pointing out their various advantages and limitations.

Film 3: Solutions and People
This film focusses exclusively on the question of community involvement and user participation in water-supply and sanitation systems in developing countries.
