Participant Manual
Abstract:This training material is targeted primarily at government officials, with the view that training workshops should be part of a national plan for the support and scale-up of HWTS. These training materials are made up of a Trainer Manual, which provides guidance on planning workshops, selecting trainers and participants, logistic arrangements, and other preparations for workshops. Lesson plans are also provided in the Trainer Manual, with guidance on participatory approaches and the use of the PowerPoint presentations that are included. A Participant Manual with five modules is also included.
